Christian Church Marketing - Post 16 - "Lists"

.
Christian Church Marketing - Post 16 - You Can Even Use Lists
.

The objective of all marketing - Christian Church Marketing or not - is to get your "target" to do something you want him or her to do ...

To get anyone to do anything, first you have to arrest his or her concentration long enough that they notice what you're saying to them ... and then you must get them to stop what they are doing right now ... and you have lots of choices and methods ...

Here's a list you might consider called "Three Things":

Three things in life that, when they're gone, never come back -
1. Time 2. Words 3. Opportunity

Three things in life that can never be lost -
1. Peace 2. Hope 3. Honesty

Three things in life that are most valuable -
1. Love 2. Self-confidence 3. Friends

Three things in life that are never certain -
1. Dreams 2. Success 3. Fortune

Three things that make a man -
1. Hard work 2. Sincerity 3. Commitment

Three things in life that can destroy a man -
1. Wine 2. Pride 3. Anger

Three things that are truly constant -
1. Father 2. Son 3. Holy Ghost

In this list above are a plethora of marketing ideas. Part of your reponsibility is to use your own imagination to create segues from what is already known and understood to the call to action you want your "target" to take.

Think outside the box. Jesus did ...

Christian Church Marketing - Post 14 - "Music"

.
Christian Church Marketing - Post 14 - The Role Of Your Music
.

This is important for you to consider ...

If you're a Church leader, what emphasis do you put on your music?

Are your people in the audience intensely involved in worship, or just passive listeners?

What effect does music have on you personally? Do you just listen ... or are you absolutely ushered into the presence of God listening to praise and worship music?

Or - does your Church even embrace this style of music?

Is your worship style loud and involved or quiet and "respectful?"

Ever read about the people around the throne in Heaven and what they are doing? Would you expect that to be "quiet and respectful" or "loud and involved?"

The point in all of this is to say that music is one of your most powerful Christian Church Marketing weapons to save the lost.

If you'll look inside your Bible, you'll quickly find the level of importance God puts on music, and also discover one super-star musician who got on God's "bad side" ... and what happened to him then ...

Then consider his effect on the "popular" music of today. What do you suppose is his mission through popular music? Ever given it any thought?

Ever wonder why the young people like to listen to their music so loud?

(Yes - even music is an awesome marketing tool you can use to attract people to your Church.)

It is also satan's main weapon he uses to keep people away.

Does music inspire you to come into the presence of God, and/or intrigue you enough to see the role of music throughout the Bible - and in your Church - and in your Christian Church Marketing?

Bless you -
Chip

Christian Church Marketing - Post 13 - "Cold"
.

I've had a miserable cold (my precious granddaughter gave me) for an entire week, and all the fun symptoms that go along with it. I'm thankful I'm self-employed and can take a few days off in these rare circumstances.

I haven't worked much, and even missed Church last night.

(Yes - I'd really appreciate your prayers.)
